Assistant Manager of Commercial Intelligence
The commercial intelligence department is the primary data analysis department at Hey Banco. Most of our tasks involve providing well-structured and accurate answers to business questions such as: How do we reduce the amount of churned clients? or, how are clients reacting to our new product? Some of the most interesting projects I worked on were:
- Creating a central knowledge repository for our team and AI.
- Creating automated workflows for non-technical team members using Google Sheets API - Python implementations.
- Designing and launching acquisition campaigns.
Please keep in mind I cannot share much detail due to the sensitive nature of our work.

I’ve worked and collaborated in very different fields. This allowed me to learn a wide array of tools, some of which might not be related at all with my current job.
